Here are my current classes:

Monday: 9:15-10:00 AM Pilates at the YMCA

10:15-11:15 AM Pilates at Woman’s Workout Company

5:30-6:30 PM Simply Core at the YMCA

Tuesday: 9:15-10:15 AM Power Sculpt at the YMCA

Wednesday: 9:30-10:30 AM Killer Abs at the YMCA

Thursday: 9:15-10:15 AM Power Hour at the YMCA

1:15-2:00 PM Yoga for Kids (ages 3-4) at the Cape Cod Conservatory

Friday: 8:15-9:15 AM Pilates at Fitness500

9:30-11:00 AM Yoga Flow at Fitness500

1:15-2:00 PM Yoga for Kids (ages 4-5) at the Cape Cod Conservatory

Saturday: 9:00-10:00 AM Barre 500 at Fitness500
